We can facilitate workshops and implement consultation projects. Finding the right way to communicate with people is key to this work succeeding.
Refurbishment of the Blue Boy Pub, Chaddesden
ADDC worked with the Derwent Community Team and local trainees to refurbish this art deco pub. The workforce was recruited from the local community and provided jobs for people with little or no experience in construction The project received an RICS Silver award for Regeneration and a Bronze Award for Community Benefit as well as a Better City of Derby award.
