Design and Management

In terms of building works, creativity is the making and sharing of facts and ideas which lead to reality in the form and spaces created and activities enabled. Design can be conducted in grand isolation or more frequently through processes, devised by Architects, to satisfy ownership both individual and collective.

The Eiffel Tower belongs to Paris and Big Ben belongs to London even though ‘bricks and mortar’ and ‘steelworks’ belong to an owner.

Architecture is bringing the creative process to a satisfactory conclusion by way of involvement not just with designers but with a team – from the client through to neighbours and the man on the site who hopefully all feel some sense of pride and ownership.
